Description
The concept begins with the image of an ancient Maya pyramid — a passage between worlds and time. A symbol of eternity, it embodies the mysticism and magic of the universe, constantly transforming, evolving, adapting, and absorbing new knowledge and sacred meaning. At the crossroads of time, different architectural styles converge: brutalism, prehistoric forms, and industrial design.

The interior continues the villa’s brutalist language. The living room, with its soaring double-height volume, recalls the scale of ancient palace halls. Architectural concrete, vast glass surfaces, and sharp, sculpted lines create a space that is both monumental in scale and refined in detail.

At the cliff’s edge, the sky lounge introduces an unexpected lightness. With its white masts and sails, it brings a sense of grace to the structure — an emblem of eternal freedom and boundless creativity.

Location

Villa is situated on one of the most scenic sites of the Bukit Peninsula, perched atop a hill with panoramic views of Bali’s southeastern coastline.
This elevated position gives the villa a strong sense of privacy and seclusion, while Uluwatu’s beaches, restaurants, spas, and golf courses remain within a 10-minute drive.

It brings together privacy, calm, and easy access to Uluwatu’s key destinations.

Interior

Interior

The interior finish materials — architectural concrete, microcement, and grey-toned plaster — reference the characteristic Balinese aesthetic. Bright and soft furniture creates a striking contrast against the raw textures. Open facades and the geometry of the living room and entrance area create a strong play of light and shadow.
